Do I have access to ongoing maintenance support?

Absolutely! Both the Gold and Platinum Subscriptions have ongoing support, so we will assist you with any technical queries or potential issues you may be experiencing

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time, just email us at info@xlsplanit.com and we will cancel your subscription. You can also cancel your subscription through your My Account portal. Please note however that we do not offer full or partial refunds for the year under active subscription.

Is XLS PlanIT easy to use?

Apart from the great price, the biggest benefit of XLS PlanIT is it’s ease of use! Other Scheduling products out there can be confusing, complicated and difficult to use. XLS PlanIT was developed with this in mind, so it is very easy to both create and then, just as importantly, update your project schedules

How much does it cost?

Our Gold Subscription is $1 pa, and our Platinum Subscription is $1 pa

Is XLS PlanIT a spreadsheet?

Yes, XLS PlanIT is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with a customized ribbon. However, the engine room for XLS PlanIT consists of an executable (.exe) file that opens Microsoft Excel and runs in the background. This .exe file provides the software code necessary to run the functions and calculations in XLS PlanIT. It’s purpose is to prevent unlicensed distribution of the spreadsheet

In what format is XLS PLanIT delivered to customers?

Upon purchase, XLS PlanIT customers receive download links and activation codes for an executable file. When the customer clicks on the .exe file, Microsoft Excel starts automatically and opens XLS PlanIT. You can then create your project schedules

Is there a limit on how many project schedules I can create?

No, you can create as many project schedules as you like, there are no limits

Do I need Microsoft Excel to run XLS PlanIT

As XLS PlanIT is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, you will need Microsoft Excel installed on your computer for it to work. Note Microsoft Excel 2010 or later is required for XLS PlanIT to work.
